CLOS PEYRASSOL ROSE 2021 is an iconic cuvée that represents elegance, finesse, and concentration. This wine is the result of patient development over several years and is only produced in the perfect vintage and in very small quantities.

With its very delicate pale pink color, this wine is visually appealing. It has aromas of white cherry blossoms, citrus, and white fruits such as peach and pear. The taste is fresh and generous, instantly delivering a complexity that is typical of good wines. The aromas are gradually released and eventually blend with the characteristic aromas of the grape varieties in Provence, which thrive in their preferred terroir.

CLOS PEYRASSOL ROSE 2021 is based on the acidity of the grapes and has a very long finish, giving the wine an elegant bitterness and minerality. This wine is perfect for enjoying on its own or as an accompaniment to light dishes, fish, or seafood.

The history of CLOS PEYRASSOL dates back to the 13th century when it was founded by the Knights Templar. The vineyard covers an area of about 850 hectares, of which 92 hectares are dedicated to grape cultivation. Located on the lower slopes of the Massif des Maures at an altitude of 330 meters, the vineyard benefits from a typical Mediterranean climate with good temperature variations between night and day, preserving the potential of the grapes.
